Returns Policy
Bungalow Redhead – Returns Policy
We hope you love your order from Bungalow Redhead, but if for any reason you change your mind, please read the following carefully to ensure a smooth returns process.
1. 14-Day Change of Mind Policy
If you change your mind, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@bungalowredhead.co.uk. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
2. Reporting Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damages or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt by emailing hello@bungalowredhead.co.uk with supporting photos.
3. Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Do not return any items without receiving confirmation from us first.
4. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Returns received in a damaged state (not reported within 24 hours) may only be eligible for a credit note at our discretion.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Bungalow Redhead cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Please note the following items are non-returnable:

Diffusers

Lighting
-
Custom or made-to-order items

Sale items
These exclusions are also clearly marked in the individual product descriptions.
7. Missed Deliveries & Return to Sender
If a delivery attempt fails twice and is returned to us. You can choose:

A full refund (minus a failed delivery charge), or
-
A redelivery for an £4.99 fee, payable before dispatch.
8. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. Please follow the return process and place a new order for your preferred item.
9. Packaging for Returns
All returned items must be securely packaged using the original packaging and protective materials (bubble wrap, air cushions, etc.). If we receive returned items damaged due to poor packing, a credit note (rather than a refund) may be issued at our discretion.
10. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the item. Please allow up to 7 working days from receipt of the return. Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
