1. About Us
Bungalow Redhead is an independent interiors brand offering carefully curated furniture, lighting, and home accessories, as well as personalised styling and interior design services.
Our products are sourced through a range of trusted suppliers. Some items are dispatched directly by our partners, while others are fulfilled and delivered by us personally. Each piece is selected for its ability to elevate a space through calm, layered design.
2. Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, slight variations may occur in colour, material, or finish due to monitor settings, photography lighting or supplier updates.
3. Ordering & Payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable). Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. You’ll receive an email confirmation upon successful checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of product unavailability or pricing error.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within 2–3 weeks, depending on the item. Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you with a more accurate delivery timeframe.
Smaller items are typically delivered by parcel courier (e.g. DPD, Royal Mail).
Larger furniture pieces may be delivered using a two-person delivery service.
We do not currently offer white glove or room-of-choice placement, but all orders will be delivered safely to your address.
Some items are fulfilled directly by our suppliers, while others may be managed and delivered by us. You’ll always be informed of the method and timing once your order is processed.
We currently deliver within the UK. For special delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
5. Returns & Cancellations
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on non-custom items, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Custom, made-to-order, or personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your items on delivery and notify us within 24 hours if anything arrives damaged or faulty. We may request photos to assess and resolve the issue.
7. Intellectual Property
The overall branding, styling, and curation of Bungalow Redhead is original and may not be copied or misrepresented. Product imagery and descriptions may include materials provided by suppliers or created using licensed tools and mockups. We do not claim exclusive ownership over supplier assets, but all content is used with permission or within appropriate usage rights.
