Shipping policy

At Bungalow Redhead, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Our shipping process is tailored to the type and size of the items you order, and we work closely with our trusted supplier partners to ensure timely dispatch and safe delivery.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver all orders within 2–3 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you with an estimated delivery date based on the item and supplier lead time.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates, and while we always aim to meet or exceed them, occasional delays may occur due to supplier schedules or courier availability. We’ll always keep you updated on your order status.

Shipping Methods

-Smaller items will be delivered by standard parcel courier services (e.g. DPD, Royal Mail, Evri)
-Larger items such as furniture, may be sent via a two-person delivery service. We do not offer white glove installation or room-of-choice placement services at this time, but your item will be delivered safely to your address.
- Deliveries typically take place Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Shipping Costs

- Free UK delivery on all orders over £50.
- Orders under £50 will incur a flat-rate delivery charge of £4.95.
- Some large or oversized items may be subject to additional charges, which will be clearly stated at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the goods. If a delivery attempt is missed, redelivery charges may apply.
